Eagerness to learn SaaS products and accounting concepts
Good communication skills—able to interact in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus)
Comfortable with basic computer tasks and email/chat tools
Patient, empathetic, and a good listener
Ready to ask questions and absorb feedback
