  • Eagerness to learn SaaS products and accounting concepts

  • Good communication skills—able to interact in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus)

  • Comfortable with basic computer tasks and email/chat tools

  • Patient, empathetic, and a good listener

  • Ready to ask questions and absorb feedback
