As a Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for Zybra users. You will assist business owners and accountants in using Zybra smoothly for billing, GST, reports, and daily accounting operations.

This is an entry-level stepping stone role with a clear growth path toward becoming a Customer Success Executive.

  • Open to any graduate

  • 0–1 year experience (Freshers welcome)

  • Hindi & English mandatory (Gujarati preferred)

  • Comfortable communicating clearly in written and spoken English

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • CRM experience is good to have (not mandatory)

  • Must be open to learning Zybra accounting software

  • Open to any graduate

  • This is an entry-level role designed for long-term growth. We provide structured on-the-job training during your 3-month probation period to help you understand Zybra’s accounting workflows, GST processes, and customer handling systems.

  • We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, takes ownership of responsibilities, and approaches customer conversations with patience and clarity. Strong communication in Hindi and English is essential, and Gujarati is a plus.

  • In this role, you will gain real exposure to MSME accounting challenges, SaaS product operations, and customer relationship management - building a strong foundation to grow into a Customer Success Executive.

  • Compensation - will be offered as per industry standards, aligned with your skills and potential.
